There’s A Light Rain Today

There’s a light rain today.
One of my dogs got away.
Kiki, the little black one, is off to play.
She’ll probably be gone the whole day through,
for that’s her way when she gets away.
She just loves to play
rain or shine, she’s going to play.
I just know she’ll have a wonderful day.
My hope is you’ll think of this later today,
and take a moment to play
and have yourself a wonderful day.
