Shift Happens
Shift happens;
I've been on a Spiritual journey all my life
even before I even knew I was.
It indeed opened much more
when I lost my first wife back in 2010.
One of my earliest downloads from Spirit was to share.
I went through a series
of three dramatic healings
in the last few weeks.
I was encouraged by one healer to write.
"Just three pages a day," she said, "whatever comes."
So I share today's
yes it's very personal
and yes I feel Spirit led me to write this
and share it so here it is.

for the inspiration to write each day.
Thank you, Debra and Tammy,
for the healings of Jane E.
As we sat and joked around last night
telling stories of her
I noticed such a lightness in the air,
a difference in the feel
of mentioning her name.
Thank you, Mary Jo, for being you
and following your dream.
And now I feel I can learn
with Tammy's help
to follow mine.
Channeling play with it
comes to mind this a.m.
Wake up thinking of the channel yesterday
and learning to appreciate them.
I've also thought over the last few days
about a piece I wrote on
Self-Worth and Self-Confidence.
Are these writings and channels meant for me
first to listen to and absorb into my being,
to live from them?
That's when the appreciation comes in,
is it not?
We give you these gifts,
and you share them so freely.
Now we ask you
to share them with your heart
and appreciate the love
we are showering you with.
Yes, we told you to share,
and in the beginning,
you were buoyed by the messages
you brought through.
We wish you to find that personal joy
you had in exploring your Spirituality again.
May you realize
it's not all about helping others
it about helping yourself grow too.
You light the candle;
you open with your prayer
embracing Oneness, Us.
Embrace yourself,
Love yourself,
Appreciate yourself.
Those acts, dear one,
will go far in allowing you to realize
Self-Worth and Self-Confidence
are your birthrights as a Soul,
not as a human
but as a Soul,
an innate part of you.
Just as you study enlightenment
and hear you are complete,
already what you seek.
We tell you your job
in this human form
is one of uncovering
that which you already are,
that which you have forever been!
Yes, we know
the humanness kicks in
with your "yeah buts"?
Now, what has
your meditation practice
taught you?
Are not the "yeah buts"
just thoughts?
Can not you just let them
drift on by?
Embrace yourself,
just put your pen down
and put your arms around yourself
and feel the boundless love,
we, Spirit, the Universe,
God, Jesus,
The One, The All That Is
have, yes, for you!
Drop the pen do it NOW!
Feel That!?
God bumps washed over my arms,
my scalp, my lower legs, down my back.
I became awash in all my being with them.
Loved by Spirit no conditions,
no have to be at this point;
just being is enough!
Shift happens,
dear ones,
and whether you know it
or not you are in it!
ALWAYS!
Now rest in this
and yes share it with your group.
It's a new day
when you see Us
behind the clouds of your humanness.
We are always there for you,
always loving you,
always encouraging you,
always supporting you.
With a Love that is endless
just as you've expressed
for your son.
