Breathe as a gain,
an expansion of the heart and mind
through the Loving breath of the One
that breathes us
to expand into a greater expression of ourselves
and thus the One.
You'll never know what lies below unless you go there.
You'll never know what lies within unless you explore there.
So take a journey into your Soul and find out who you really are.
