Your heart center

is always there

patiently waiting.

Waiting for you

to turn inward to it.

Loved beyond measure You are

for that unfathomable love

is the very essence of who you are.

Preconceived Perceptions

Preconceived perceptions,

as my Spiritual Journey has unfolded,

I've found this to be true

of things I initially thought were

impossible or this can't be.

I've found myself needing

to challenge my view of reality.

Only to watch that view broaden,

to be more inclusive,

more wondrous,

and expanding in ways

I could never have imagined.

May you challenge yourself today

to view things with the eyes of a child,

with an openness,

dropping or at least being willing

to suspend preconceived notions

about something

and letting a more profound meaning

or understanding of it

evolve in your consciousness.
