your daily life.
People you don't even know walking, driving by,
whatever the circumstance.
How can you sew love into those?
A gentle love filled smile.
Eye contact just expressing the love that you are.
No words attached to a glance like that for none are
needed.
A thoughtful word of encouragement or just a
friendly "Hello."
Or just a feeling of love you send from your heart
to theirs.
Sew the seeds of love wherever you go and watch
what grows.
Watch what shows up in your own life.

It only speaks of and through the love that you are.
How do you know what you are up to is right for you?
Is it aligned with love? Is it benefiting yourself and others?
For love is at the center of you.

Love is who you are.
Questions, stop and ask the heart, is this aligned with love.
Simplistic you say.
But how could you not be happy

The Thread 03.08.16
My life is not what it used to be.
There is a spiritual presence that I simply cannot deny.
Though I have tried, though I have questioned it unceasingly it seems.
I am so analytical I want so very much proof.
But some things cannot be proven.
At least not by our scientific method.
So today as I sat in meditation with my guide Samuel,
what I heard reminding me we are all linked.
All connected in ways we cannot even fathom.
He spoke of the fabric of life being woven
of many threads both seen and unseen.
They all make up this tapestry we call life.
My friends follow your intuition.
Follow your guidance.
I believe we all have Guardian Angels nudging us at times.
Telling us to live from our hearts.
Let the love that you are, guide you.
For we are all weaving the thread of our lives.
Into a grand tapestry, that is part of all of the creation that lies before us.
Seen or unseen guidance is all around us.
Notice it, be aware of it, you are never alone.
Call it what you will luck, a hunch, intuition, or Angels.
It's not about the name it's about living from the love that you are.
